Delivery - parcel information

Orders are prepared and shipped under our NET-COMMUNICATION company name. Your parcel does not mention the online store where you placed your order.

Packaging is plain and discreet, with no markings that could reveal the origin or contents of your parcel, except where local regulations require a detailed description (invoice) for customs.

Parcel tampering / missing items: if you notice any damage, opened packaging or missing items on delivery, please report it immediately to the carrier and note your reservations with them.

Dispatch & tracking

Dispatch time depends on the stock status of the items (shown on each product page at checkout) and the shipping method you choose.

Once payment is received, typical delivery times are:

• Chronopost or Chrono-Relais (France mainland only):

- priority processing;

- delivery guaranteed within 24 business hours for in-stock orders validated before 3:00 pm (Monday to Friday).

• Colissimo Tracked:

- orders processed in order of arrival;

- 48 to 72 hours (rarely longer) for deliveries in France;

- 3 to 5 days for deliveries in Europe;

- 5 to 8 days for deliveries outside Europe.

Delivery times are given excluding weekends and public holidays and are confirmed at checkout.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You may also receive updates directly from the carrier while your parcel is in transit.

Claims for non-delivery are accepted up to 30 days after dispatch. After that, the parcel is considered delivered to the recipient.

Ordered products: stock & lead times

Each product page indicates its lead time. Because stock can change between order confirmation and dispatch, an item shown as "in stock" may occasionally become temporarily unavailable.

If an item is out of stock, we will email you and ask you to choose one of the following options: wait for restock, switch to another reference, or request a refund.

Shipping fees, duties & taxes

Shipping costs are paid by the customer, as well as VAT and any applicable local taxes. Shipping fees are calculated according to our rate table and your destination country.

We ship with Coliposte, Mondial Relay, and Chronopost or GLS for express deliveries.
