Three actives, not thirty: kola nut, ginseng and vitamin C. A short, concentrated formula, to be taken in the morning.
A tonic, not an erection medicine. We explain the difference below.
Erec Plus is a plant-based food supplement formulated for men's energy. Its distinctive feature is its brevity: where many products line up fifteen ingredients at token doses, this one keeps three, correctly dosed.
Kola nut 360 mg, ginseng root 240 mg, vitamin C 200 mg. That's it. A short formula is easier to assess: you know exactly what you're taking, and if it doesn't suit you, you know what to look at.
Made in France, in an HPMC plant-based capsule, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free. The 60-capsule bottle covers a one-month course at two capsules a day, preferably in the morning — and that "preferably in the morning" isn't a minor detail, we'll come back to it.
Kola nut (360 mg). This is the seed of a West African tree, traditionally chewed for its tonic properties. Its main active compound is caffeine — the same molecule as in your coffee, just from a plant source. That's what explains the morning-only guidance: take it at 8 pm, and you'll likely be staring at the ceiling at 2 am.
Ginseng root (240 mg). The most well-documented tonic in traditional Asian pharmacopoeia, used for centuries in what are known as adaptogenic preparations.
Vitamin C (200 mg). The only ingredient in the formula that benefits from authorised health claims in Europe: it contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. 200 mg is two and a half times the daily reference intake.
The rest: maltodextrin as a carrier, and an HPMC plant-based capsule.
With plant-based supplements, two things need to be kept separate, and most sellers don't bother.
What's established and authorised: vitamin C's claims on fatigue and energy metabolism. They're on the European register, they're validated, and you can rely on them without reservation.
What falls under traditional use: the tonic properties of kola and ginseng. They've been claimed for a very long time and are widely used, but health claims on plants are still pending final evaluation at European level. We're telling you this straight rather than selling you a certainty that doesn't exist.
What's mechanically certain: there's caffeine in this product. Caffeine has a real, immediate stimulant effect. If you feel a lift within the hour after taking it, that's very likely why.
Dosage: 2 capsules a day, preferably in the morning, with a glass of water.
Count your total caffeine intake. If you already drink three coffees during the morning, add this product on top and you'll climb fast. Nervousness, palpitations, poor sleep: these are the classic effects of excess, and they're nothing unusual. If you're sensitive, start with a single capsule for the first few days.
Not in the evening. Not before a night out, not before a date. Caffeine takes several hours to clear your system, and a sleepless night is exactly the opposite of what you were after.
Duration: the bottle covers a one-month course. Ginseng is traditionally taken in spaced-out courses rather than continuously year-round — take a break between bottles.
The product's name and packaging suggest an effect on erections. Let's be precise, because the subject deserves better than a slogan.
This is not an erection medicine. No food supplement is, and none has the right to claim it is. Treatments for erectile dysfunction are prescription medicines, with an established mechanism of action and medical follow-up. A plant-based tonic doesn't play in the same category and doesn't substitute for one.
The formula contains no zinc. We're pointing this out because some visuals in the range evoke testosterone: the testosterone claim rests on zinc, and there's none in this formula. If zinc is what you're after, look at Perf Max from the same brand.
If you have erection difficulties that persist, see a doctor. This isn't a polite formality. Persistent issues are often the first visible sign of something else — blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, thyroid, a medication side effect, or simply accumulated stress and fatigue. A food supplement won't fix any of these, and time spent hoping it will is time wasted.
What it can do, though: give you a morning lift, like a well-dosed coffee paired with vitamin C and ginseng. That's already something, and it's what can reasonably be expected.
Contains caffeine. Not recommended in cases of high blood pressure, heart rhythm disorders, anxiety, insomnia or ulcers. Not recommended for people sensitive to caffeine.
Ginseng and medical treatments. Ginseng can interact with anticoagulants, antidiabetic medications and certain blood pressure treatments. If you're on any kind of medical treatment, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before starting.
A word on poppers, since you're on this shop. Erec Plus has nothing to do with erection treatments like Viagra or Cialis, and combining poppers with a plant-based supplement isn't what's at stake here. However, if you take a prescription erection medicine, combining it with poppers is dangerous and can cause a sudden drop in blood pressure. That was worth spelling out clearly.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 2 capsules.
Keep out of reach of young children. For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Storage: store in a dry place, away from light and heat, with the bottle tightly closed.
Legal notice: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Q: Does it work like Viagra?
A: No, not at all. These are two different categories: one is a prescription medicine with an established mechanism, the other is a tonic food supplement. If you're trying to solve an erection problem, the right place to go is a doctor's office.
Q: Can I take it before a night out?
A: In the morning of that same day, yes. In the afternoon or evening, no: caffeine lingers for several hours and you'll pay for it in your sleep. This is a daytime product.
Q: How much caffeine exactly does it contain?
A: The manufacturer states 360 mg of kola nut without specifying the corresponding caffeine content. So assume the product contains a non-negligible amount and factor it into your daily total. If you're sensitive, start with one capsule.
Q: What's the difference with Perf Max from the same brand?
A: Erec Plus is a short, plant-based tonic with caffeine, for a morning boost. Perf Max is a broad micronutrient formula — 11 vitamins and 4 minerals, including zinc — with no stimulants at all, meant for a background course. The two complement each other rather than replace one another.
