Exchanges & Returns

1. Poppers No-Breakage Guarantee:

Replacement or refund is guaranteed if one or more bottles arrive leaking or damaged. Please contact us using the online form. Please take a photo of the damaged bottle(s) and any other signs of leakage (drip marks, stains, etc.).

2. Returns

You can return unopened items, in the original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method.

Any return must be requested from our customer service first. A return authorization will then be issued and sent by email, and it must be included with the return.

3. Exchanges / Defective items

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. Using the contact form, please provide the product details and describe the issue.

4. Refund terms

Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees shown on the packing slip or invoice.

The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order, or as store credit (your choice).
